This policy explains how JollyCracker manages packing, dispatch and delivery. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
1) Incoterms & delivery terms
Delivery terms are stated on your quotation (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP under Incoterms 2020). Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm (typically when we hand goods to the carrier for EXW/FOB/CIF or on delivery for DAP).
2) Production & transit time
Typical production: 15–21 business days after proof approval (complex/peak: 18–25). Transit time is additional and depends on service, route and customs clearance.
3) Seasonal cut-offs
Pre-Christmas and other peak deliveries require earlier confirmation. We will publish or confirm cut-off guidance in writing on request.
4) Carriers, tracking & delivery
We use reputable carriers and provide tracking where available. Palletised shipments may require booking slots. Please ensure delivery access, contact details and any special instructions are provided in advance.
5) Packaging & presentation
Goods are packed in cartons or pallets suitable for transport. Flat-pack options are used where appropriate to reduce freight volume. Packaging specs may vary by order.
6) Customs, duties & taxes
For DAP and similar terms, import duties, taxes and customs charges are payable by the buyer. We can supply standard export documents and commercial invoices to support clearance.
7) Delivery issues & claims
Inspect goods on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery note and notify us within 5 business days with photos and paperwork. For non-delivery or lost shipments, contact us promptly so we can investigate within the carrier’s claim window.
8) Failed delivery & storage
If delivery is missed or refused, re-delivery, storage or return transport charges may apply. Please ensure accurate addresses and receiving arrangements.
9) Split shipments & partial deliveries
We may ship orders in parts to meet deadlines or stock availability. Each shipment will have its own tracking and paperwork.
10) Title & risk
Risk passes per the agreed Incoterm; title passes once payment in full is received, as set out in our Terms of Service.
