Yes. We supply dielines for rigid, window, tube, and sleeve formats. We check bleed/safe areas, barcode clearance, and spot layers (foil/UV). If needed, we can build print-ready files from your assets and Pantone refs. Digital proofs typically in 48–72h.
Rigid board, coated white, or kraft (FSC options) with recyclable packaging. Windows in PET/rPET or plastic-free cellulose films. We can also do cut-out windows or mono-material designs to simplify recycling.
CMYK or Pantone offset with options for foil (gold/silver/colours), emboss/deboss, spot UV, and gloss/matte/soft-touch lamination. Water-based inks and low-foil or foil-free specs available to meet eco targets.
Typical MOQ is 500 per design (some formats 1,000). You can mix designs or SKUs in one order/master carton, subject to per-design minimums and packing rules. We can pack by colour or set for easy merchandising.
Standard production is 15–21 business days after proof approval; complex runs may take 18–25. Add transit time. For Christmas, aim to confirm by mid-September; for other peak launches, plan 6–8 weeks ahead.
