Three Simple Steps to Create Cracker Magic
Step 1 – Design Your Cracker
🎨 Start by choosing the length, material, colours and style.
Popular lengths: 12” and 13”. To optimise cost we can also make 10” or smaller. Bespoke sizes are welcome.
Materials: foil paper, greyboard, kraft or coated art paper. Our most common body stock is white kraft, typically 250gsm or 300gsm depending on durability and budget.
Colours & finishes: classic festive tones (red, gold, white, green, blue, purple). Add sparkle with hot-foil stamping — a favourite with UK buyers. On tighter budgets, metallic paper delivers a similar festive shine.
Once artwork is confirmed, we produce a pre-production sample for approval before bulk.
Step 2 – Choose the Fillings
🎁 Every cracker includes a gold paper hat, a snap and a joke, plus your chosen gift.
Standard options include: compass, tape measure, whistle, puzzle, playing cards, mini cube, nail file.
Brand-led ideas: wooden brush, wooden comb, honey dipper and more.
We can assist with sourcing if required. No margin is added to unit price; a sourcing commission of up to 3% may apply based on volume (often minimal or waived). Our aim is meaningful, memorable crackers that fit your brief.
Step 3 – Customise Your Packaging

Trims: ribbons and bows to suit your identity (grosgrain, velvet/flocked; other styles on request).
Box layout: 6 or 8 per box (or your preference) with tailored inners.
Box types: rigid lid-and-base, magnetic closure, custom shapes or window display boxes.
